Purpose of the Coaching Workspace

Your coaching workspace is the digital extension of our coaching partnership — a place to return to between sessions for reflection, preparation, and progress tracking.

A Partnership for Growth

Executive coaching is a confidential, one-on-one partnership focused on your evolution as a leader. Unlike training or mentoring, coaching is driven by your goals, your context, and your pace. Your coach creates a reflective space where you can explore challenges openly, test new thinking, and build the awareness and skills that drive lasting change.

Throughout our engagement, we'll work together to clarify your development priorities, leverage your strengths, and address the areas that will most accelerate your growth.

Three principles guide our work:

  • Partnership — A collaborative relationship built on trust, candor, and mutual commitment to your growth.
  • Reflection — Space for deep self-awareness — the foundation of meaningful, sustained leadership development.
  • Transformation — Lasting change in how you lead, communicated through behavior, relationships, and results.
Section 3

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is the cornerstone of the coaching relationship. Everything discussed in coaching sessions — and everything stored in your workspace — is held in strict confidence.

  • All coaching conversations, notes, and assessment results are strictly confidential.
  • Your workspace is accessible only to you and your coach.
  • Assessment data is never shared with your employer without your explicit consent.
  • 360 Feedback responses are aggregated and confidential — individual ratings are not identified.
  • Your coach adheres to the ICF Code of Ethics, which prioritizes client confidentiality above all else.

Your privacy is protected at every level of this platform.

Assessments

Your Assessment Center is the central hub for all leadership assessments assigned during your engagement. Each assessment appears as a card with contextual actions based on its current status.

Assessment Lifecycle

Each assessment moves through a simple lifecycle: Assigned → Completed. The actions shown on each card update automatically as your assessment progresses.

Launching Assessments

When an assessment is ready, click the launch button on its card. For assessments requiring individual credentials (such as Hogan or EQ-i 2.0), your username and password will appear directly on the card once your coach has uploaded them.

360 Feedback

The Assessment Center includes a guided 360 Feedback workflow that walks you through the entire process — from selecting raters to reviewing your final report — with templates, worksheets, and step-by-step guidance.

Viewing Reports

Completed assessment reports appear in the Reports section of your Assessment Center once your coach has reviewed and uploaded them. Reports are private and visible only to you.

All assessment data, credentials, and reports are strictly private. Your results are visible only to you and your coach.

Section 5

Coaching Goals

Your Coaching Goals page tracks the development objectives we establish together. Each goal includes a title, development priority area, success measures, and progress updates — maintained by your coach and visible to you throughout the engagement.

How Goals Are Used

  • Goals are collaboratively established during coaching sessions based on your assessment results and development priorities.
  • Each goal includes specific success measures so progress is observable and meaningful.
  • Your coach updates progress notes after sessions, creating a running record of your development over time.
  • Goals can be revised, achieved, or discontinued as your engagement evolves.
  • Reviewing your goals before each session helps you prepare and stay focused on what matters most.
Section 6

Coaching Notes

The Coaching Notes section connects you to a private Gamma workspace — a secure, confidential space for session notes, reflections, and ongoing dialogue with your coach. This is where the reflective work between sessions lives.

Using Your Notes Space

  • Access your Gamma workspace directly from the Coaching Notes page.
  • Use this space to capture reflections, insights, and questions between sessions.
  • Your coach may also add notes and observations for your review.
  • All content is confidential and accessible only to you and your coach.
  • Reviewing notes before sessions helps you arrive prepared and focused.
Section 7

Resources

The Resources page houses articles, worksheets, tools, and reference materials curated to support your coaching engagement. Resources are added by your coach throughout your engagement, timed to align with your development priorities and session themes.

Types of Resources

  • PDFs and downloadable materials for offline reference
  • Worksheets and exercises to complete between sessions
  • External links to articles, videos, and tools
  • Session-specific materials provided by your coach
  • Resources are organized by category for easy navigation
Section 8

Scheduling Coaching Sessions

A prominent scheduling card appears on your Welcome page. Use it to book sessions at times that work for you. Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom and managed through your coach's calendar.

Scheduling Steps

  • Click the scheduling button on your Welcome page
  • Choose an available time on the scheduling calendar
  • You'll receive a calendar confirmation by email
  • Sessions are 60 minutes — schedule at least 48 hours in advance

Preparing for Sessions

  • Review your coaching goals and progress notes
  • Identify 1–2 topics or challenges to explore
  • Reflect on recent leadership situations
  • Note any stakeholder feedback you've received
