Version 1.0|Last Updated: 07/23/2026

This notice describes general practices applicable to Abloom's websites, applications, assessments, coaching services, leadership-development services, and talent-intelligence tools. Additional terms may apply under a specific client agreement, coaching agreement, program notice, assessment process, or organizational arrangement. Where engagement-specific terms differ, those terms may also apply.

Trust Center

Abloom Coaching & Consulting is committed to using technology responsibly, protecting participant information, and communicating clearly about how artificial intelligence supports our services.

Our technology supports leadership development, coaching, assessments, reflective learning, and talent-development activities. We apply human judgment, professional standards, and appropriate confidentiality practices when using these tools.

How Artificial Intelligence Is Used

Some Abloom tools use artificial intelligence to help organize information, identify themes, generate developmental insights, support reflection, and create draft summaries or recommendations.

AI-supported outputs may be based on information provided through assessments, participant responses, uploaded materials, coaching-related records, or other authorized platform data.

Artificial intelligence supports the experience; it does not replace professional judgment.

AI-generated outputs should be treated as developmental information rather than as definitive statements about a person's ability, potential, character, employment suitability, mental health, or future performance.

The AI-Supported Assessment

The AI-supported assessment uses participant responses to generate developmental feedback and insights.

The assessment is designed to support learning and reflection. It is not intended to:

  • Diagnose a medical or mental-health condition
  • Determine employment eligibility
  • Make an autonomous hiring, promotion, compensation, termination, or succession decision
  • Replace a validated psychological assessment
  • Replace the judgment of a qualified coach, HR professional, psychologist, or organizational leader

Participants should consider the results in context and use them as one source of information within a broader development process.

Human Review and Decision-Making

Abloom does not intend AI-generated assessment content to serve as the sole basis for consequential employment or talent decisions.

Where assessment results are used within coaching, leadership development, succession, or talent processes, they should be interpreted alongside other relevant information and reviewed by appropriately authorized people.

Final decisions remain the responsibility of the organization and the people involved in the decision-making process.

Information Processed

Depending on the service being used, the platform may process information such as:

  • Participant contact and profile information
  • Assessment responses and results
  • Leadership goals
  • Coaching and development records
  • Uploaded documents
  • Program participation information
  • Written reflections
  • Qualitative and quantitative development data

Only provide information that is appropriate for the assessment or development activity. Participants should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information into open-text fields.

Service Providers

Abloom's platform is built using Base44 and may rely on Base44 and its authorized service providers to provide application hosting, data storage, communications, analytics, monitoring, and AI-enabled functionality.

Base44 identifies subprocessors used to support its services through its published legal and subprocessor documentation.

Some AI functionality may involve third-party AI providers operating as subprocessors within Base44's technology environment.

We are awaiting additional written clarification from Base44 Compliance regarding specific AI prompt retention, logging, and provider data-handling practices. This Trust Center will be updated when that information is received.

We do not list a specific AI provider as processing a specific assessment unless the application configuration confirms that provider is actually being used for that function.

AI Training and Retention

"Abloom does not intentionally submit participant information for the purpose of training publicly available general-purpose AI models. The platform's AI functionality is provided through Base44 and its authorized service providers. We have requested additional written clarification from Base44 Compliance regarding provider-level model-training restrictions, prompt and response retention, operational logging, and applicable retention periods. We will update this disclosure when that information is confirmed."

Data Security

Abloom uses role-based access, authenticated user accounts, participant-specific workspaces, and platform access controls to help protect information.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. Access should be limited to authorized users, and users are responsible for protecting their login credentials.

Security concerns should be reported promptly through the contact information provided in this Trust Center.

Confidentiality

Assessment and coaching information may be confidential, but the exact confidentiality boundaries depend on the service, agreement, program, and organizational context.

Participants should review the applicable coaching agreement, program notice, assessment instructions, consent statement, and privacy notice for details about:

  • Who may access information
  • What may be shared
  • How results may be used
  • Any organizational reporting arrangements
  • Applicable limits to confidentiality

We do not state that all information is visible only to the participant unless that is true for every workflow.

Data Quality and AI Limitations

AI-generated information can be incomplete, inaccurate, overly generalized, or affected by the quality and completeness of the information provided.

Participants and administrators should:

  • Review AI-generated outputs critically
  • Correct inaccurate information when possible
  • Avoid treating AI language as an objective fact
  • Use professional and organizational judgment
  • Consider additional evidence before making decisions

Participant Choices

Participants may contact Abloom with questions about:

  • How an assessment is used
  • Who can access results
  • How to correct inaccurate profile information
  • How to raise a privacy or security concern
  • Whether an alternative process may be available

We do not promise deletion, access, correction, portability, or opt-out rights beyond what is supported by applicable agreements, law, and the platform's actual capabilities.
