Program Structure

This program includes 10 total hours of mentor coaching delivered through 3 live group mentor coaching sessions (7 hours total) and 3 individual 1:1 mentor coaching sessions (3 hours total).

Live Attendance Requirement

Participants may miss no more than one of the three live group mentor coaching sessions. If a live group session is missed, the participant is required to watch the full session recording and complete any associated make-up or reflection requirements before receiving credit for that session.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Cancellations received 30 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations received fewer than 30 days before the program start date are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a future offering once one is scheduled and space is available. For cohort-based Group Mentor Coaching, the program start date is the first scheduled group mentor coaching session for the selected cohort.
