When you submit a form, we send notification and confirmation emails through the Resend email service. We collect email engagement data solely for the purpose of ensuring delivery of service-related communications.

Lead Generation
Information submitted through any form may be used to follow up regarding our services. We do not purchase or import lead lists from third parties.

Assessment and development information is shared only with individuals or organizations authorized under the applicable coaching engagement, leadership development program, assessment process, organizational agreement, or platform permissions. Authorized access varies depending on the services being provided and the participant's relationship with the sponsoring organization.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our websites and deliver our services:
- Resend — Email delivery service used to send notification and confirmation emails when you submit a form. Resend processes email content and recipient addresses to deliver messages.
- Zoom — Scheduling integration used to book discovery conversations. When you schedule through our Zoom link, Zoom processes your booking information according to its privacy policy.
- QuickBooks — Payment processing for coaching packages, educational programs, and related products. Payment information is processed directly by QuickBooks; we do not store credit card or payment details on our servers.
- Website Hosting and Infrastructure — Our websites are hosted on a secure cloud platform that provides infrastructure, database, and content delivery services. Your form submissions and assessment data are stored on this platform.
We select service providers who maintain appropriate security standards and process data only as necessary to provide their services to us.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Form submissions, assessment results, and related data are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law.
Where permitted by applicable law, contractual obligations, and operational requirements, participants may request deletion or removal of certain personal information. Some information may be retained when necessary to:

Some Abloom tools use artificial intelligence to support developmental feedback, reflection, analysis, and summarization. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed alongside qualified human judgment. Conversations with AI tools are processed to generate responses; please do not share identifying information about your clients or other third parties when using these resources.
