The 26-Hour Coaching Mastery Mentor Integration™ is an ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program for experienced coaches preparing for the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) pathway.
This 26-hour mentor coach education program combines five interactive four-hour instructional sessions, a separate one-hour Mentor Coach Specialization Application & Integration Workshop, and structured between-session learning activities and reading assignments.
Across the five instructional sessions and the capstone workshop, participants strengthen evaluation skills, calibrate coaching observations across ACC BARS, PCC Markers, and MCC BARS, practice developmental feedback, facilitate group mentor coaching, and apply the IDENTITY Framework™ & DEEPEN Method™ to recognize deeper patterns within coaching conversations.
Participants are responsible for completing the required ICF evaluation training (ACC BARS, PCC Markers, MCC BARS, or their equivalent, as applicable) before submitting their Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) application, as required by the current ICF pathway.
Calibrate coaching evaluation across ACC BARS, PCC Markers, and MCC BARS
Distinguish observable coaching behaviors across ACC, PCC, and MCC credential levels
Evaluate recorded coaching sessions with evidence-based precision, separating observation from interpretation
Structure and deliver developmental feedback aligned with ICF mentor coaching competencies
Apply the IDENTITY Framework™ & DEEPEN Method™ to identify beneath-the-surface developmental opportunities within coaching conversations
Facilitate group mentor coaching and evaluation calibration across participant coaching demonstrations
