Core CompetencyThe 10-Hour Coaching Mastery Mentor Intensive™ is an ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program approved for 9 Core Competency (CC) hours and 1 Resource Development (RD) hour. It is designed for experienced coaches who wish to deepen their mentor coaching capability, strengthen coaching observation and developmental feedback skills, and prepare for the ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) pathway.
Across five live cohort sessions totaling ten hours, participants strengthen evaluation skills, calibrate coaching observations across ACC BARS, PCC Markers, and MCC BARS, practice developmental feedback, and apply evidence-based mentor coaching approaches.
Each live session integrates the DEEPEN Method™ and the IDENTITY Framework™ to help participants recognize deeper patterns within coaching conversations — including client narratives, values, emotions, tensions, and transformational shifts. The program strengthens both individual mentor coaching and group mentor coaching competencies.
Participants are responsible for completing the required ICF evaluation training (ACC BARS, PCC Markers, MCC BARS, or their equivalent, as applicable) before submitting their Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) application, as required by the current ICF pathway. ICF eligibility requirements and application pathways may change over time; participants are responsible for reviewing the current ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) requirements before submitting an application.

Apply the IDENTITY Framework™ to evaluate narrative, emotion, values, tension, and transformation within coaching conversations
